1N is weak or strong ?
Without any particular conventions being played, 2♦-2♥-2♠ would be the normal sequence, but there are several other ways of bidding these hands that are dependent on specific agreements.

Is that sequence forcing for you? Gameforcing? To me the normal sequence would be either Smolen (if you play that) or 2♣; 2♦-3♥ if not.

Yes it is F1 because 2♣-2♦-2♥ is the NF version. The sequence you give in old pre transfer acol is how you used to bid an inv 5-4, we actually use it as minor suit stayman

1NT - 2♣
2♦ - 3♥
I don't agree this was invitational in pre-transfer Acol. If it was, what was opener supposed to do with a minimum hand with a small doubleton heart? I would have played that sequence as GF, asking opener to choose between 3NT or 4♥ depending on whether or not they have support.

I play 1NT-2R; 2M-3oM as (4-5) SI (my choice here).
With 5-5 GI+ it's 1NT-2♦; 2♥-2♠, and with (4-5) GI+ I go via 2♣ with a puppet Stayman version that will pinpoint the 4-4 or 5-3 fit.

In NA it’s common, although not universal, to play smolen transfers.
That means 2C
Assuming a 2D response, a jump to 3H/S shows 4 cards in that suit and 5 in the other, with at least game values
Some will play extended versions.
For example, bidding 3S, showing longer hearts, sometimes begets 3N.now 4D is again a transfer, showing 6=4, hearts and spades. Others prefer to bid 4D over 2D with that hand, again a transfer.
With this hand, we have very strong slam interest (edited to remove auto fill error)if partner showed 15-17, so over 4H (after smolen) I’d bid keycard.
For example, if he shows 2 aces I’d ask for kings and (depending on how we play that) try for grand. xx xxx AKxx AKxx Akers grand good and there’s no reason he can’t hold xx J10x AKxx AKxx, making it almost cold.

Haven't heard of that one before
What about if partner continues with 3NT? Just 4NT quantitative?

I’m willing to bid slam with this hand. I’d not think 4N gets the message across quite strongly enough.
Qxx xx AQxx AKxx is on a heart break or, if that fails, a diamond hook, assuming hearts aren’t 5-1, so it’s well over 50% yet opener has a minimum and will pass 4N.

Your 1NT structure should have a way of showing a GF hand with 5♥ and 4♠. At various times I have played this to be:-
1. 1NT - 2♣ -- 2♦ - 3♦
2. 1NT - 2♣ -- 2♦ - 3♥
3. 1NT - 2♣ -- 2♦ - 3♠
4. 1NT - 2♣ -- 2♦ - 3♣ -- 3♦ - 3♠
5. 1NT - 2♦ -- 2♥ - 2♠
6. 1NT - 2♦ -- 2NT - 3♥
In my youth, the popular local (Weak NT) method was line 1 but it has fallen out of favour and #2 and #5 are much more common - my current partner uses #2. In North America, most of the better players seem to prefer the third sequence.
