Playing reverse 'birthright'; maybe not for this forum, but I'd still start with 2
2-2
2-2
3 5 - 3 Puppet to 3N
3N - 4 3, ctrl
4 even KCs - 6 all KCs Q
7 looks OK with this shape and the ctrl bid

I could see something like 1 - (P) - 1N - (3) - 4 - (4) - 5 - (P) - 6.

1, there's no need to panic yet.

I believe the actual quote is
Don't Panic

Or

Time is just an illusion.

It should start something like that and I would be pleased if our N/B arrived at more hearts than the opponents bid spades.

At Advanced level on both sides I would hope for something like
1 (P) - 1N (3)
4 (P) - 4 (P)
4N(even kc) (P) - 5 (P)
6 (P) - 7 (P)
P (P)

N can place S with at least - AKxxx Axxxxx AK

My most likely without intereference

2C - 3C
3H - 4D!
4NT - 5D!
5NT - 6D!
6H

If East intervenes with 3 or 4 Spades who knows where I end up

5 or 6 of something is possible - possibly clubs

I think over 3 spades I can continue with 4 hearts and hopefully find 6
Over 4 spades not so sure - are 3 or 4 spades seen as preempts. One would hope so
EW not vulnerable. Interesting equation

I thought I'd expand on this one after further thinking given the hands I exclude from the 2 opening which are hands with primary or those with both minors. I play MAFIA so while are longer than I always aim to show the first. This leaves

Pass Balanced hands without a stopper
X Balanced hands/Spades
3N or (4441)
4 6
.. 4 4-card minor?
4 4+5
4 4+5
So in fact my bid would be 4
