If playing 2/1 game forcing, well, bad luck. That's why I don't like 2/1 game forcing as it is difficult to find partscore in minor suits.


The seq. 2C followed by 2S sells the hand as GF.
Which may or may not be a good idea, but claiming, that you can stop after 2C followed by 2S in a partial is ...
In short (not) playing 2/1 with 2C being gf does not matter, if you follow through with your plan.

I play that 2C followed by 2S as one round force showing 5 C and 4 S, opener can choose to stop at 3C or 3S.

1S followed by 3C is a game force (a reverse) showing 5 S and 4 C, otherwise how can you show an invitational hand with both C and S?
