I used to pass these hands out of a combination of fear and a feeling that we have good defence....but not anymore.

It's not as if partner is going to be on lead against a heart contract, and the auction suggest that they will play in hearts....maybe as low as 3♥.

So I bid 3♣ on the grounds that while everything is dangerous, passing is simply too dangerous.
