Also would have bid 3N showing 3334/3343 over 1♠, so I would be playing 3N on a spade lead I guess unless partner removed it.
Also what is 3♠ here, if it's "I stop the spades but not the diamonds" then fine, and is X cards/takeout/pens for you which would be another possibility.

3NT = stop(s) in ♠ and ♦
3S = stop(s) in ♠, not ♦
3H = stop(s) in ♦, not ♠
Sooo, 3S is my choice.

I might revise the 3H bid to show stoppers in neither and use a double for a Diamond stop.
We don't play a 4cM system; but if we did, and used support doubles rather than negative doubles over 1s ---this hand would be working out very nicely. 3S=enough for game with a stopper there ---having already shown 3 hearts. The rest of the auction, I can sit back and enjoy.

I think I like this revision too.

The major is opened with 4M4m(32) and 15+hcp. A 3NT response is definitely a possibility. 3♠ over 3♦ for us would have been asking for (not showing) a spade stopper, effectively treated as fourth suit forcing. Double would have been penalty, not necessarily based on a stack. 3♥ is not really defined - logical would be a hand without a diamond stop (but no guarantees partner will have the same logic). Naturally these loose agreements are not optimal which is one good reason for not mentioning them at the top. I am more interested what others would do here - defend, look for a diamond stop, blast 3NT, something else. Perhaps a side question would be what changes might be made to the hand before choosing the second best option - or perhaps it is a wtp and there is no second option.

Without any scientific approach, I would just blast 3 NT.
Else I would bid 3 ♠, in my world this askes for a stopper in diamonds. As much as I like the idea to rebid 1 NT as 11-13 (14) without a stopper in their major, I would not to do so with a strong NT.
